A comprehensive assessment using a holistic CBT approach to psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families and other.
This first time client session is about creating the care plan and therapy road map for future sessions. This session does include discussion on issues including but not limited to anxiety, loneliness, eating disorders, self-harm, ADHD, trauma, sexual abuse, sexual disorders, addictions, grief and illness support.
IN PERSON
2 Hours - $250.

Experienced guidance and support in a safe, confidential environment. This session is for those who have already had the inital assessment session.
IN PERSON
1 Hour - $150

Some clients prefer a more "relaxed amount of time" to cover therapy topics. This longer booking is also excellent as a collaborative therapy session, especially for couples and family. Solution focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is used in this session.

2 Hours - $250

This can be a reassuring gesture, a gift focused on greater mental health. It can also be part of a safety or accountability plan for yourself and/or loved ones.
A 30 minute (free) consult is recommended for first time clients.

Experienced guidance and support in a virtual TELEHEALTH session online in a private environment you are most comfortable in. This session is for those who have already had the inital assessment session, whether online or in person.

Great leadership includes being aware of the personality dynamics of the workplace and how changes can be experienced as trauma in your workforce.
Hire a informed trauma specialist to provide the utmost support to yourself and your team.

Our approach is holistic and collaborative. We work with clients to identify their goals and form a plan that incorporates a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, self awareness, other awareness, group setting cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy group work.
Front line experience in psychiatry, both in hospital and community crisis work, (military, police, therapists, teachers) victims of infidelity, domestic and sexual abuse. If you are ready, take heart, change can happen. Gift therapy time to yourself or a loved one.
