Initial Assessment
A comprehensive assessment using a holistic CBT approach to psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families and other.
This first time client session is about creating the care plan and therapy road map for future sessions. This session does include discussion on issues including but not limited to anxiety, loneliness, eating disorders, self-harm, ADHD, trauma, sexual abuse, sexual disorders, addictions, grief and illness support.

2 Hours - $250.
1 HR Psychotherapy Session
Experienced guidance and support in a safe, confidential environment. This session is for those who have already had the initial assessment session.
IN PERSON
1 Hour - $150
2 HR Psychotherapy Session
Some clients prefer a more "relaxed amount of time" to cover therapy topics. This longer booking is also excellent as a collaborative therapy session, especially for couples and family. Solution focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is used in this session.

TELEHEALTH - Diane Kelly , RN , CNP
Registered Nurse Psychotherapist with extensive experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals 14+ and adults. Specialities include youth and young adults, trauma, grief and loss, stress and burnout, life transitions, and health related concerns.
